We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This is a full-time, office-based position that offers a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's largest toy and game manufacturers.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is €32,000 per year, plus benefits including relocation support, profit share bonus, pension plan, extra holidays, staff discounts, and a Share Save scheme.
About the Role
This Senior Sales Development Manager will play a key role in helping trade partners boost their sales and manage their product range. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships, who thrives in a dynamic, modern work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a third-level qualification (e.g., degree) and a valid driver's license. Fluency in English and Dutch, plus one additional European language, is also required.
