Senior Trade National Account Development Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with Diageo, a leading premium drinks company. As part of the Mygwork team, you will be responsible for managing and developing W/S and national accounts to achieve business objectives.

The RoleYou will play a key part in delivering profit, volume, sales driver, and brand building objectives by creating compelling customer propositions that unlock growth opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building a sell-out culture for assigned customers, setting depletion targets and incentives to drive this shift in focus.
- Contributing to the development of commercial plans that deliver high-impact results.
- Developing collaborative relationships with key distributors and wholesalers to identify partnership opportunities.
- Driving maximum ROI from allocated national accounts through effective order execution and credit management.
- Leading a team of 4 Distribution Executives and 2 KAMs, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG sector or on-trade industry.
- Strong people management skills and ability to lead a team.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, confident communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience. As part of the Mygwork team, you will enjoy a dynamic and inclusive work environment, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
