Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing consultative work to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email to identify sales opportunities and provide customized solutions.
- Acquire new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Perform consultative work to provide the best solution for clients' business goals, including gathering feedback on advertising products to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A native level of Dutch and a good level of English (at least B2).
- A high school degree or bachelor's degree.
- Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as a drive for excellence and professionalism.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
What We Offer
As a Digital Marketing Sales and Business Development Specialist with Blu Selection, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of €1,298 gross per month (€15,576 per year) without accommodation or €1,040 gross per month (€12,480 per year) including free accommodation.
- A fixed-term contract for one year that can be renewed every year.
- 15 days of paid training.
