Your Role and Impact:
As a Digital Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by advising and consulting small and medium-sized companies via email, phone, and chat support. You will acquire new advertisers, support and extend self-services for clients, provide pre- and after-sales support, and identify trends to give valuable feedback to our engineering team.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a native level of German and an excellent level of English, previous experience in B2B Sales, and strong communication skills both written and oral. You should also be proactive, motivated by targets, and not afraid to make high-volume calls. Adaptability, organization, and prioritization skills are essential, along with a 'can-do' attitude and strong team spirit.
Benefits:
This exciting opportunity comes with a long-term contract, renewable every year, with rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8h/day). The salary conditions include a competitive gross monthly income of 1400€, including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) or 1030€ without accommodation. Private health insurance, relocation support, and benefits like free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events are also part of the package. Real career opportunities await within six months, including access to development programs, QA roles, Team Lead positions, or Supervisor roles.
