Rydoo is a pioneering fintech company revolutionizing expense management for businesses worldwide. We're seeking a highly motivated Digital Sales Growth Specialist to join our Benelux team in Lisbon.
About RydooWe're a dynamic and international team of 150+ professionals from over 33 nationalities, speaking more than 15 languages. Our cutting-edge expense management app is available on iPhone and Android, supporting over 10,000 clients and 1 million users globally.
The RoleAs a Digital Sales Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities in the Benelux market. You'll work closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to develop innovative strategies and optimize lead generation. Your exceptional communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and organizational prowess will have a direct impact on our sales pipeline and contribute to our revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Generate a sales pipeline through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other creative approaches.
- Qualify leads by understanding business challenges related to expense management and assessing how Rydoo can help.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on market strategy and grow our pipeline and customer base in the assigned region.
- Gather marketing information about customers, competitors, and pricing.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A natural hunting personality – you enjoy delving into customer details and finding out what they're looking for.
- A people-first approach – you love engaging with clients and turning no's into yes's.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum C1 level; other languages are a bonus).
- 1-2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions (previous SDR or outbound sales experience is highly valued).
- Experience in account-based marketing and growth tactics.
- Highly organized and adaptable to change.
- A growth mindset – demonstrated quota achievement and/or success in prior roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- A results-oriented mindset.
- Compassionate, unselfish, and a true team player.
