Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Growth Specialist to manage the operational inputs of our sales process. The ideal candidate will report directly to our Director of Partnerships and oversee the day-to-day functions of Darkroom's CRM, scheduling calls with new business opportunities, and assisting with the development of sales collateral.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Partnerships in building and implementing core processes and infrastructures.
  • Maintain current infrastructures, such as Notion, Drive, and Slack.
  • Execute company-wide initiatives and operational projects.
  • Build sales decks and procedures.
  • Oversee management of Darkroom's CRM (Hubspot).
  • Facilitate conversations with eco-system partners.
  • Represent the company at conferences and events.

You'll work closely with our team to drive sales growth and expand our partnerships. If you have a strong background in sales, partnership management, and CRM expertise, we'd love to hear from you

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field.
  • 2+ years managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (Agency experience preferred).
  • Experience working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred).
  • Experience working at Digital agencies.
