Job Description
The Partnerships Associate will be responsible for driving demand and expanding the company's reach across diverse marketing channels by enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and referral programs. This role requires identifying and nurturing key relationships with brands, influencers, and commercial partners to directly contribute to the company's growth and customer engagement goals.
You will join our West Europe Revenue team in Lisbon, reporting directly to the West Europe General Manager, and working closely with Growth, Revenue, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Discover potential brand and commercial partners, conduct outreach, negotiate agreements, and onboard partners aligned with strategic objectives.
* Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring smooth communication, alignment on objectives, and effective issue resolution.
* Create and execute influencer, referral, and user-generated content campaigns for West Europe whilst working with internal teams to drive customer engagement and traffic to the website.
* Track and analyse partnership, influencer, and referral program metrics, optimising strategies and providing insights to improve effectiveness.
* Work with teams across Revenue, Marketing, Customer Excellence, and Product to align on goals, share data-driven insights, and ensure successful program execution.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in developing and managing referral programs.
* Knowledge of the campervan rental industry is an advantage.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
* You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is €50,000 - €60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, Indie Campers offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
