Indie Campers is a leading campervan marketplace that aims to make road trips accessible to everyone. Our customer-centric approach and digital platform have enabled us to develop a strong booking experience and offer high-quality road trips at affordable prices.
With over one million nights booked through our platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
Our team is growing, and we are seeking a talented individual to join us in our mission. As a Partnerships Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and expanding our reach across diverse channels.
The Role
As a Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing key relationships with brands, influencers, and commercial partners. You will drive demand and expand our reach across diverse channels, contributing directly to the company's growth and customer engagement goals.
You will work closely with our Revenue, Growth, and Product teams to align on goals and ensure successful program execution. Your analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools will be essential in tracking and optimizing partnership and campaign metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover potential brand and commercial partners, conduct outreach, negotiate agreements, and onboard partners aligned with strategic objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring smooth communication, alignment on objectives, and effective issue resolution.
- Create and execute influencer, referral, and user-generated content campaigns for the America region, working with internal teams to drive customer engagement and traffic to the website.
- Track and analyse partnership, influencer, and referral program metrics, optimising strategies and providing insights to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with teams across Revenue, Marketing, Customer Excellence, and Product to align on goals, share data-driven insights, and ensure successful program execution.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maximise partnership and campaign impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and managing referral programs.
- Knowledge of the campervan rental industry is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.
- You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
