We have facilitated over one million nights rented through our travel platform, welcoming more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. Our extensive range of road trip possibilities includes short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

The Role
As Indie Campers' Global Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving key customer acquisition marketing channels through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and referral programs. By identifying and nurturing relationships with brands, influencers, and commercial partners, you'll drive demand and expand our reach across diverse channels, directly contributing to the company's growth and customer engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover potential brand and commercial partners, conduct outreach, negotiate agreements, and onboard partners aligned with strategic objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring smooth communication, alignment on objectives, and effective issue resolution
- Create and execute influencer, referral, and UGC campaigns for your region - America - whilst working with internal teams to drive customer engagement and traffic to the website
- Track and analyse partnership, influencer, and referral program metrics, optimising strategies and providing insights to improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with teams across Revenue, Marketing, Customer Excellence, and Product to align on goals, share data-driven insights, and ensure successful program execution
Requirements
Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in developing and managing referral programs. Knowledge of the campervan rental industry is a plus. You possess a creative thinking mindset, with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing content. Strong project management skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in data analysis tools are essential. You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.
Salary
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
