We are currently seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Specialist to join our team at Multipessoal in Portugal. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of our company.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals while consistently delivering on sales goals. They will sell innovative solutions to new customers, arrange and conduct face-to-face/virtual meetings, software demonstrations, and follow-up calls with new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Selling innovative solutions to new customers
- Arranging and conducting face-to-face/virtual meetings and software demonstrations
- Maintaining knowledge of company solutions and services
- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a relevant field
- A hunter mentality with a proven track record of breaking new accounts and generating and closing new business deals
- Active sales activity in the Telecom industry for 5+ years
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and organization skills

Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
