Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Specialist to join our team at Tetra Pak. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and develop strategic market plans.



About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve sustainable growth. They will also be responsible for driving the sales of our full portfolio, developing and executing strategic and operational market company plans aligned with Tetra Pak and customer business objectives.



Key Responsibilities


The Global Business Development Specialist will have the following responsibilities:



  • Deliver financial targets for allocated customers
  • Drive strategic alignment using steps of key account management, focusing on building solid understanding of customer's business environment, strategy, financial performance/value chain & operations, and cultivating strong relationships across all levels of customer's organization
  • Amplify customer's voice by identifying gaps across customer touchpoints, systematically driving proactive improvement actions and closing the loop with customers
  • Accelerate Sales Funnel: Drive Sales Play, Nurture opportunities using value books & mobilize right resources based on customer's needs, buying process & opportunity maturity


Requirements


The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering, excellent English language knowledge, intermediate Spanish knowledge, and minimum 5-7 years of sales experience. Strong demonstration of Value Selling, stakeholder management skills, basic knowledge on forecasting, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Location


This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with 50% travel requirements to our customers.



Estimated Salary Range


$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
