We are a leading campervan marketplace on a mission to make road trips accessible to everyone. Our digital approach and customer-centric orientation have enabled us to develop a strong booking experience and offer high-quality road trips at affordable prices.
With over one million nights rented through our travel platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
Our challenges are exciting and demanding, requiring top talent and motivation to be successfully pursued. We are growing our team and seeking individuals interested in joining our journey.
The Role: Campervan Growth Strategy Director
You will lead the growth strategy and execution across all our marketing channels, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by developing and implementing scalable growth strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
You will join our Growth team in Lisbon, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Growth Strategies:
- Develop comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and new market entries.
- Lead and scale growth teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Optimise customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels, ensuring a high ROI.
- Enhance customer retention by developing initiatives to improve customer lifetime value, utilising CRM, loyalty programs, and personalised marketing efforts.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and data to track performance, optimise campaigns, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with product, operations, and revenue teams to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with overall company objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee the growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact and achieve business goals.
About You
- 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record in driving significant business growth.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans, while also being able to execute tactically and drive day-to-day results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven experience in leading and scaling high-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and results.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour and experience in creating customer-centric growth strategies.
- Experience in the travel, mobility, or e-commerce sectors is a plus, with a passion for the campervan or travel industry being highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
