The Role
As a Growth Analyst at Indie Campers, you will drive regional growth by optimizing the number of nights searched on our website, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, implementing growth strategies, and working closely with various teams such as Revenue Management, Marketing, Fleet Strategy, Customer Excellence, and Tech to achieve the company's growth targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing profitability through different marketing levers, including Paid Acquisition, SEO, CRM, Partnership, Brand, and PR. You will be joining our central team in the headquarters, reporting directly to the Growth Director.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy: Implement strategies to increase the number of nights searched on our website.
Cost Optimization: Monitor and reduce the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights searched on the website, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional teams to align growth initiatives with HQ goals.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive growth.
Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Up to 3 years of experience in a growth/marketing role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in growth and performance tracking software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.
You are motivated by taking ownership of your tasks and driving continuous improvement.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
