The Growth Opportunity
Indie Campers is seeking a seasoned Growth Director to lead our growth strategy and execution across all marketing channels. As a key member of our Growth team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by developing and implementing scalable growth strategies.
About the Role
- Develop Growth Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and new market entries.
- Lead and Scale Growth Teams: Oversee and expand a team of growth marketers, analysts, and specialists, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Optimise Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels, ensuring a high ROI.
- Enhance Customer Retention: Develop and execute initiatives to improve customer retention and lifetime value, utilising CRM, loyalty programs, and personalised marketing efforts.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and data to track performance, optimise campaigns, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with product, operations, and revenue teams to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with overall company objectives.
- Identify and Enter New Markets: Explore and execute strategies to enter new geographic markets, identifying key opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Budget Management: Oversee the growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact and achieve business goals.
About You
- 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record in driving significant business growth.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans, while also being able to execute tactically and drive day-to-day results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven experience in leading and scaling high-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and results.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour and experience in creating customer-centric growth strategies.
- Experience in the travel, mobility, or e-commerce sectors is a plus, with a passion for the campervan or travel industry being highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
