Job Description

Kenvue is a leading company in the consumer goods industry, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Revenue Growth Management & Financial Analytics position.

This role reports into the Head of Revenue Growth Management & Analytics and is based at Oeiras, Portugal. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of data analysis, key metrics, and action plans to drive revenue growth and improve financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or a related field, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
