Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing our business through new partner acquisition, identifying target clients and segments, and negotiating business terms with strategic technology partners.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Business Development or Head of Sales role, prior work experience in Africa is required. You will be able to identify and generate new partnerships from start to execution, including contract negotiation, evaluate proposals, and drive negotiations with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business and Partner Acquisition (Prospecting, Qualifying, and Contract Negotiation)
  • Identify Target Clients and Segments for Our Client's Platform
  • Negotiate Business Terms and Dissect Contracts with Strategic Technology Partners
  • Drive New Business Revenues from Financial Institutions and New Affinity Markets
  • Ensure Existing and Emerging Selling Partner Solutions Comply with Company Acceptable Use Policies, Security Standards, and Best Practices

About the Company

Our client is dedicated to offering innovative solutions in the African stablecoins space, making stablecoins accessible and understandable for everyone. They provide secure and user-friendly platforms for financial transactions.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
