Are you a results-driven sales expert with a passion for driving business growth? We are seeking a Global Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Multipessoal.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of business development success. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals, and developing relationships with architects, designers, and corporate accounts to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closed deal
- Conduct cold calls and set up meetings with potential clients
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, or Dutch
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Excellent cold calling and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
