About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager, Spanish Speaker to join our team at Rival. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key executive-level stakeholders within your assigned portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction across your assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned portfolios to actualize long-term retention and expansion revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Act as a point of escalation to help manage customer expectations during security incidents.
  • Advocate for high-value customers' business needs to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
