The Role: Global Growth Strategist

This role will lead the growth strategy and execution across all marketing channels, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through scalable growth strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.

You will join our Growth team in Lisbon, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Growth Strategies: Develop comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and new market entries.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and expand a team of growth marketers, analysts, and specialists, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels, ensuring high ROI.
  • Customer Retention: Develop initiatives to improve customer retention and lifetime value, utilizing CRM, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing efforts.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and data to track performance, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and revenue teams to ensure growth initiatives align with overall company objectives.
  • New Market Entry: Explore and execute strategies to enter new geographic markets, identifying key opportunities for growth and expansion.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in growth, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record in driving significant business growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
