About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team at TLC Worldwide. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with blue-chip clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing and brand managers at all levels
  • Craft innovative solutions to meet client challenges and objectives, driving measurable results
  • Work closely with our marketing, creative, and account management colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences
Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in marketing or customer engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing principles
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
