The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Customer Growth Strategist. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer account growth, identify expansion opportunities, and measure ROI. If you have a knack for enhancing customer experience, building pipelines, and working effectively with people at all levels, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer account growth and expansion
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Measure ROI and track success of customer deployments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of prior customer-facing revenue role at a SaaS company or startup
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion
  • Exceptional English writing skills and experience working with Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
