Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and agile professional with 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management. As a Global Customer Success Strategist, you will work across different sizes and segments of customers, delivering tailored engagements through comprehensive discovery and expert recommendations. You will facilitate large-scale campaigns, leverage data insights to inform your approach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities
- Identify business objectives and map solutions in a thorough yet crisp manner
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer value and growth
- Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Utilize tools like SFDC, Gainsight, Tableau, and Zendesk to drive data-driven decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
