**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our Global Scaled Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for delivering 1:1 engagements through comprehensive Discovery and expert Recommendations, facilitating 1:Many webinar events, and scaled campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to work nimbly across different sizes and segments of customers. You will work cross-functionally with Zendesk Advocacy/Support, Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and more to ensure our customers are deriving value, optimized for success, and happily growing with Zendesk for the long term.
A Day in the Life:
- Working across a large cohort of different types of customers, from small Retail customers to larger Enterprise organizations
- Delivering recommendations to customers through comprehensive Discovery and expert analysis
- Facilitating 1:Many webinar events and scaled campaigns to drive customer satisfaction and growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage data and insights, shape your approach, inform your discovery, and bolster your recommendations
- Developing a deep understanding of Zendesk's products and providing guidance on advanced features and integrations to customers

- Develop a deep understanding of Zendesk's products and provide guidance on advanced features and integrations
- Collaborate with customers to provide consultation, demos, and standard processes on Zendesk product capabilities for quick wins
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to work nimbly across different sizes and segments of customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Zendesk's products and services
