Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position ranges from €60,000 to €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Customer Engagement: Engage with customers across various communication channels, respond to inquiries, and feedback to build strong relationships and loyalty.
Customer Feedback Management: Champion the customer's voice, ensuring feedback is communicated and acted upon effectively.
AI-Driven Tools: Implement and optimize AI-driven tools to streamline support tasks, achieving faster and more effective resolutions.
Integrated Support Strategy: Oversee a cohesive and integrated customer support strategy across multiple platforms.
Knowledge Base Management: Update knowledge base and FAQ to ensure accurate and comprehensive self-help resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally to inform product development and decisions from a customer-centric perspective.
Required Skills and QualificationsExceptional Communication Skills: Possess exceptional direct communication skills to engage with customers empathetically and effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced technical proficiency with customer support platforms, feedback management tools, and agile collaboration tools.
Qualifications: Relevant diploma or associate degree, bachelor's degree advantageous. Minimum 5 years of customer support experience, with leadership experience preferred.
Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Experience with sales automation tools is a plus, or any previous role as an SDR/AE.
