Customer Success Strategist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Tracer in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage customer relationships, ensuring deliverables are on time and successful. This involves identifying growth opportunities within the customer and the company, mentoring other Customer Success Managers, and forecasting and tracking account metrics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop business relationships with customers and seek expansion opportunities;
- Evaluate customer onboarding processes and implement strategies for improvement;
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle and advocate for customer needs;
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer feedback and concerns, using this information to inform internal teams and drive improvements;
- Collaborate with internal resources to meet and exceed customer expectations.
