Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and growth.
Job DescriptionThis position requires 3+ years of experience working in Customer Success or Account Management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying business objectives and mapping solutions. A dynamic, agile, and nimble approach is essential in this role. You should be able to convey technical information from beginner level users to developers when engaging with customers.
A strong understanding of data-driven approaches and experience with tools like SFDC, Gainsight, Tableau, and Zendesk are necessary. Continuous improvement and positive customer experiences drive this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver comprehensive discovery and expert recommendations
- Develop a deep understanding of Zendesk's products and ability to demo them to customers
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation in customer experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven approach with experience using SFDC, Gainsight, Tableau, and Zendesk
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and German
This role offers:
