Senior Customer Experience Strategist

Savoy Signature is a dynamic hotel collection seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Customer Experience Strategist. This individual will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and be responsible for overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of customer experience goals and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Board of Directors in supervising and formulating long-range goals and projects in Product, CX, and Reputation Management
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistent and positive customer interactions across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products, services, and procedures aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and reinforcing the identity of each hotel
- Monitor customer metrics and report on CX performance
Requirements and Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer experience management, customer service, or management roles. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading teams, managing projects, and analyzing data to measure and enhance the customer experience.

About the Role
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, Afa offers various benefits, including health insurance, and the opportunity to join a renowned and expanding business group.
