Job Description

You will be working as a Customer Experience Strategist in the Global Scaled Customer Success organization at Zendesk, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to shape something new and thrive in a dynamic environment. As part of this groundbreaking initiative, your contributions will have an immediate and lasting impact on our customers.

Your responsibility will be to work nimbly across different sizes and segments of customers, delivering 1:1 engagements through comprehensive Discovery and expert Recommendations. You will also facilitate 1:Many webinar events and scaled campaigns to ensure our customers derive value, are optimized for success, and happily grow with us for the long term.

A day in the life of a Scaled CSM:
- You may help a small Retail customer optimize their CX Messaging or deliver a recommendation to a larger Enterprise organization
- You'll work cross functionally with Zendesk Advocacy/Support, Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and more
- You'll leverage data and insights to shape your approach, inform your discovery, and bolster your recommendations
- You'll help forecast and mitigate risk, ensuring growth, and drive customer satisfaction

About the Role

This position requires fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in Customer Success or Account Management. They should be dynamic, agile, and nimble, with experience identifying business objectives and mapping solutions. A data-driven individual with experience using tools like SFDC, Gainsight, Tableau, and Zendesk is preferred.

Location and Salary

This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires 3+ days in office per week. We estimate the salary for this role to be around €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
