This exciting opportunity as a Customer Experience Strategist is part of Zendesk, Inc.'s Scaled Customer Success team in Lisbon. As a key player in this groundbreaking initiative, you will have a significant impact on shaping our customers' experiences.
The role involves working with diverse customer segments, delivering personalized engagements through comprehensive discovery and expert recommendations, facilitating large-scale campaigns, and ensuring seamless integration with other teams.
A typical day may include:
- Working across various customer types, from small retail to large enterprise organizations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Zendesk Advocacy/Support, Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and more.
- Leveraging data insights to inform your approach, drive customer satisfaction, and forecast growth.
- Developing a deep understanding of Zendesk products and providing consultation, demos, and guidance to customers.
As a member of the Scaled team, you will be part of a dynamic, fast-growing environment that values continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience identifying business objectives and mapping solutions.
- Dynamism, agility, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to various audiences.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using tools like SFDC, Gainsight, Tableau, and Zendesk.
This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires 3+ days in the office per week. Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential. Flexible working hours, including evenings, may be required.
