About the Role:
We are looking for an accomplished sales specialist to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outbound cold calling, effectively pitching and communicating the benefits of professional photography services to potential business partners.
The role involves conducting targeted outreach to B2B prospects, navigating gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers, and setting up introductory meetings between potential clients and our Director.
The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations professionally. Strong time management and organizational skills are also essential, particularly in a remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from a provided list of contacts.
- Effectively pitch and communicate the benefits of professional photography services.
- Navigate gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers within target companies.
- Set up introductory meetings between potential clients and our Director.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize call scripts and outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
- Bilingual fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent (American or British preferred).
- Proven ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers, and reach decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills, especially in a remote work setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach and track results.
