About the Role

We are seeking a skilled B2B sales specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and solutions to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to connect with decision-makers and close sales.
  • Present our products and solutions, demonstrating their value to businesses, and tailoring your approach to address specific client needs.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage potential customers interested in evaluating our offerings.
  • Lead and manage outbound campaigns from concept to initial pitch, pipeline qualification, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the team on projects to enhance and streamline our sales process.
  • Develop and document best practices and sales workflows for interacting with prospects.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Reach out to existing customers to introduce new products or encourage increased spending on current ones.
  • Handle minor technical setup issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and sales.
  • Previous experience in product/service sales, both inbound and outbound.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
