We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Business Development Representative, specializing in B2B Inbound Sales. As part of our dynamic sales team at Recruitment Direct, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and emails from potential business clients, providing detailed information about our products and services, and driving the sales process to close deals. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Outreach: Conduct thorough research to support targeted outreach for high-value prospects, partnering with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs). Handle inquiries from potential customers, initiate warm lead calls, and use strategic questioning to uncover client needs and interests.
  • Lead Qualification and Management: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and manage their progress through the sales funnel. Engage with high-potential clients and devise strategies to secure business opportunities. Maintain client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and engagement to support retention and upsell efforts.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on customer targeting and messaging. Provide feedback to help shape marketing strategies based on customer interactions and emerging trends.

You will also be responsible for conducting live product demonstrations, articulating how our solutions align with business objectives, and ensuring CRM systems are updated and accurate, supporting internal reporting and performance tracking.
