About the Role

We're seeking a talented Business Development Sales Representative to join our team at Ttec. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Proactively research and engage with potential customers to assess their needs and pain points.
  2. Initiate contact through personalized communication, including phone calls, emails, and social media interactions.
  3. Build rapport and establish credibility with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  4. Collaborate with sales teams and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of applied sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in LATAM Spanish.
  • Ability to effectively articulate value propositions and engage prospects over various channels.
  • Understanding customer pain points and ability to position solutions to nurture leads.
  • Collaborative mindset and competence in working with sales teams and stakeholders.
