Business Development Representative

We're seeking a talented Business Development Sales Representative to join our team at Ttec. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Proactively research and engage with potential customers to assess their needs and pain points.
- Initiate contact through personalized communication, including phone calls, emails, and social media interactions.
- Build rapport and establish credibility with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with sales teams and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
- 1+ years of applied sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in LATAM Spanish.
- Ability to effectively articulate value propositions and engage prospects over various channels.
- Understanding customer pain points and ability to position solutions to nurture leads.
- Collaborative mindset and competence in working with sales teams and stakeholders.
