Job Description

Abrivia Recruitment Specialists Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage key client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts and provide exceptional customer care, anticipating clients' needs by understanding their business models.
  • Work closely with clients on projects, analyzing data to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships with customers, continually enhancing the customer experience.
  • Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures across various jurisdictions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management.
  • CRM proficiency experience is a plus, with high levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and an innovative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships.
  • Able to develop positive business relationships and drive sales growth.
