The Role

As an Account Executive at Rydoo, you will take ownership of your territory and our potential accounts. Your main goal will be to enhance sales within your territory, pursuing increased net new revenue, assisted by business developers who will fuel you with quality leads.

Responsibilities
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Rydoo's solutions.
  • Identify and research territories to formalize a go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop pipelines through a combination of increasing productivity of sales developers, personal high-level business development, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  • Create and maintain sales pipelines to ensure over-achievement.
  • Assist in increasing productivity across your territory (including other account executives).
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position Rydoo's solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
  • Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Accurately forecast and deliver revenue.
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS industry. You should possess an academic degree or equivalent experience and have natural sales hunting skills with experience in managing accounts. A dynamic presence, positive attitude, and passion for a scale-up culture are essential.

Practicalities

You'll report to the Head of Sales, Mid-Market, and join our Sales team in Lisbon. We offer a competitive salary package, including meal vouchers, hybrid work policy, and upskilling through training and coaching programs.
