We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our DACH team in Lisbon. As an integral part of our sales team, you will play a key role in generating revenue from our 'Small' segment clients in the region.

About the Role

As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing new business deals primarily from inbound leads generated by our marketing team. Your goal and targets will be based on growing revenue and upselling to our existing clients. You will also manage accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.

Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English (our company language)
  • Prior experience in sales or account management roles, either in outbound prospecting or inbound work
  • Ability to communicate confidently on phone and via other forms of outreach with Pleo's client base

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is between €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience. This competitive salary reflects your value as an expert in sales and customer relationships.
