Key Account Manager for SMB Segment

Cash is old school – workplaces need to be more trusting and progressive. At Pleo, we're looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our Spanish team in Lisbon, Paris or Madrid.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with enterprise software or SaaS organisations. A bonus would be experience in management consulting, account management or customer success management.

In this role, you'll focus on adoption and nurturing for existing customers using a 1:Many approach. You'll identify gaps between best practice and actual usage of our product, ensure customers learn about and use all features, and play a critical role in managing customer escalations and communicating upcoming product changes.

Salary & Benefits
As a Key Account Manager at Pleo, you can expect a competitive salary of around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll enjoy a range of benefits including health insurance, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
