We're strengthening our sales team by hiring an Account Executive for the Benelux region. As an Account Executive at Rydoo, you'll take ownership of your assigned territory and potential accounts. Your primary objective will be to enhance sales within your territory, pursuing increased net new revenue assisted by sales developers who will provide quality leads.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Rydoo's solutions
  2. Territory identification and research to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy
  3. Pipeline development through a combination of increasing productivity of sales developers, personal high-level business development, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence
  4. Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement
  5. Assist in increasing productivity across your territory (including other account executives)
  6. Engage with prospect organizations to position Rydoo's solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data
  7. Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
  8. Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
  9. Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
Requirements

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive within a SaaS industry
  • Academic degree or equivalent by experience
  • You are a natural sales hunter with experience in managing accounts
  • Great social skills, being a dynamic presence
  • A positive and upbeat attitude
  • Passion to take part in a scale-up culture
  • Languages: Dutch and English level minimum C1
Practicalities

You'll be reporting to the Head of Sales, Mid-Market, and will be part of the Sales team. The estimated salary for this role is around €60,000 per year, considering the location in Lisbon and the company's benefits.
