We are a dynamic fintech scale-up looking for a talented Sales Professional to join our team in Lisbon. Our cutting-edge expense management app is revolutionizing the industry, and we need your expertise to drive growth in the Benelux region.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. With your exceptional communication skills and ability to think strategically, you will help us expand our customer base and increase revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive within a SaaS industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will also possess excellent social skills, a positive attitude, and fluency in Dutch and English (C1 level).

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement of monthly/quarterly targets
  • Enhance sales within the Benelux territory through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, and ROI analysis
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, engaging resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive within a SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent social skills and communication abilities
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (C1 level)
