At Staycity Group, we're on an unstoppable journey of growth and expansion in the European aparthotel market. We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager at our brand-new Wilde Aparthotel in Lisbon, Portugal.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves planning local and national sales activities, networking with clients, and promoting our luxury portfolio through various marketing channels. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating new business and growing existing relationships.
About YouWe're looking for someone with prior experience in hotel, aparthotel, or property sales, preferably in the luxury lifestyle segment. Local market knowledge and fluency in English and Portuguese are essential requirements. If you have a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing local and national sales activities
- Network and socialise with clients and wider teams
- Promote Wilde and our group portfolio through marketing efforts
- Meet and communicate with new and existing clients to secure and manage corporate accounts
- Actively promote the Wilde brand through sales and marketing activity
We provide a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately €45,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience. Additionally, we offer benefits such as discounted rates for overnight stays, education support, volunteer days, and employee assistance programs.
