Sales Manager Job Description

At Adecco Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in the Beauty and Wellness division. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets and enhance our market footprint in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet targets and enhance our market footprint in Portugal.
• Explore new markets and strategic product categories, including Dispensing Systems, Applicators, Closures, and Containers.
• Foster lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and providing custom solutions.
• Engage actively with customers to solve their concerns and boost satisfaction levels.
• Manage the regional sales budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize results.
• Utilize sales data to spot trends and refine strategies for better outcomes.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to align sales objectives with company goals.
• Regularly report to senior management, showcasing achievements and outlining future directions.

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Extensive experience in sales management, ideally within the rigid packaging sector.
• Deep understanding of the Beauty and Wellness market.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and driving growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish and English.
