We are seeking a motivated Digital Sales Professional to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in online sales and/or digital marketing, with a native level of French and fluent English language skills. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative to identify new business opportunities and manage a portfolio to grow revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Contact existing and new clients via phone, email, and chat to provide support with product adoption.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to grow revenue and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid residency card for Portugal or EU citizenship.
  • Previous experience in online sales and/or digital marketing (1-3 years).
  • Native level of French and fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Motivation, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
