The Role

Following the expansion of our business, we are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Professional, focused on the Benelux region. As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of your assigned territory and drive sales growth. Your main objective will be to exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by pursuing new opportunities and collaborating with sales developers.

Responsibilities

  • To drive sales growth within your territory by developing a go-to-market strategy, building pipelines, and engaging with prospect organizations.
  • To create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement of sales targets.
  • To work closely with sales developers to increase productivity and generate quality leads.
  • To engage with prospect organizations through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive within a SaaS industry.
  • Academic degree or equivalent by experience.
  • You are a natural sales hunter with experience in managing accounts.
  • Excellent social skills, being a dynamic presence.
  • A positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Passion to take part in a scale-up culture.
  • Languages: Dutch and English level minimum C1.

Practicalities

  • You'll be reporting to the Head of Sales, Mid-Market.
  • You'll be part of the Sales team.
  • Location: Lisbon.
  • Start date: January 2025.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
