Senior Sales Professional for DACH Region

Talent Search People is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the dynamic DACH market. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customers, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
- Customer Management: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing and potential clients in the DACH region, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Account Growth: By setting up purchase orders, creating budgets, and structuring logistics activities, you will drive business expansion and ensure seamless commercial follow-up.
- Event Representation: As a representative of Talent Search People, you will attend international trade fairs and exhibitions, showcasing our products and services to industry professionals.
- Brand Ambassador: You will embody our company's values and image, ensuring that our brand is consistently represented in a professional and positive light.
Your Profile:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Greek (C1 level) is essential for this role, allowing you to effectively communicate with our clients and colleagues.
- Professional Experience: A proven track record in sales and/or customer service, preferably in the DACH market.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
