Talent Search People is a leading provider of high-quality staffing solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team in the European market.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of customers in the DACH market, including setting up purchase orders, developing budgets, and structuring logistics activities. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of commercial principles.
About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in the DACH market, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will work closely with our sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers in the DACH market, including setting up purchase orders and developing budgets.
- Structure logistics activities to meet client needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high level of proficiency in Romanian (C1).
- Professional experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Familiarity with basic computer tools, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
