Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for new business and partner acquisition, identifying target clients and segments, and negotiating business terms with strategic technology partners.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Business Development or Head of Sales role, prior work experience in Africa is required. You will be able to close deals, get up to speed quickly, and influence broadly across the organisation. A thorough understanding of the FinTech/Cryptocurrency space and detailed knowledge of B2B discipline is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business and Partner Acquisition (Prospecting, Qualifying, and Contract Negotiation)
- Identify Target Clients and Segments for Our Client's Platform
- Negotiate Business Terms and Dissect Contracts with Strategic Technology Partners
- Coordinate and Drive New Business Revenues from Financial Institutions and New Affinity Markets
- Conduct Regular Reviews with Senior Leadership, Present, and Promote Partnerships to Ensure Resourcing is Allocated to Their Success
About the Company
Our client is the largest and first licensed on/off-ramp platform for stablecoins in Africa, dedicated to offering innovative solutions in the African stablecoins space. They provide secure and user-friendly platforms for financial transactions, making stablecoins accessible and understandable for everyone.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
