Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to drive our growth in Portugal and Spain. As our main sales person in the region, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the end-to-end sales process: sourcing and closing new direct clients in the Financial Services sector (banks, fintechs), upselling existing clients, and partnering with clients to chase new business opportunities.
- Developing and activating our partner network: finding new core tech partners and getting them excited to sell our solution to their clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, clients and partners.
- Understanding the complex IT security landscape and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of successful B2B software tech sales experience, with exposure to financial services as a target audience.
- A technical background and previous experience in the tech space is an absolute must, passion to grow a deeper knowledge in the tech security field is required.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and build trust with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Sales Process Management: demonstrated success in managing complex B2B sales cycles and closing sizeable software contracts.
- Communication Skills: native Portuguese and Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written English communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
