We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Junior French Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our cross-border business and driving sales growth.
About the RoleIn this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and prospecting. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their goals will be critical to your success.

- Conduct engaging sales presentations to potential customers.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
- Fluency in French and English (C1 level or above) – both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A competitive base salary of €55,000 per annum.
- A performance bonus: up to 4% of the annual base salary, based on achieving objectives.
