Job Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Professional to develop and execute effective sales strategies for acquiring new leads, focusing on the US market. This role will manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product demos, technical discussions, negotiations, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new leads, focusing on the US market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product demos, technical discussions, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Utilize automation and AI tools to efficiently manage and nurture leads.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify client needs, pain points, and business impacts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Management or a related area.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in business development or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in the B2B enterprise sector (experience in Financial Services is a plus).
  • Strong lead generation and 'hunter' sales skills.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and data analysis to drive sales performance.
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Automation is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on measuring activities and outcomes.
  • Experience navigating complex buying journeys involving multiple stakeholders and change management.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions with IT teams, especially regarding API integrations and tech environments.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Prioritizing high standards, professionalism, and dedication is essential.
About the Role

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
