Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of motivation, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of overachieving in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM with the goal to qualify as many high-value and top-quality opportunities for Account Executives.">
  • Use excellent communication skills to upsell and cross-sell before passing it onto AEs.">
  • Show creativity and flourish in a Zen environment, finding new and better ways to work.">
  • Motivate yourself to overachieve on targets and metrics.">
  • Be the face of the brand, 100% focused on building an outstanding customer experience.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Spanish">
  • Proficient in English">
  • Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree">
  • Business experience (SaaS sales preferred) and examples of being customer-centric and curious">
  • A 'Can Do' / 'Winner' attitude, with a hunger and self-starter commitment to overachieve and succeed">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  • The ability to work in a hybrid model on a weekly basis: Lisbon office and remotely">

Compensation Package

This is a competitive salary position, with an estimated monthly salary range of €3,500-€4,200 based on industry standards for similar roles in the Lisbon area. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, a generous paid time-off policy, and access to professional development opportunities.
